XCOM has assembled a world-class team to develop the company's core technology and to initiate early sales. The following members comprise the current XCOM team:

Daniel J. Hyman, Ph.D., President and Chief Technology Officer, is recognized as a worldwide expert in RF MEMS technology. Dr. Hyman was part of the Hughes RF MEMS technical design team for five years. He also lectures frequently in the field, has published numerous articles, and has six patents related to RF MEMS devices and applications.

Mark K. Hyman, Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations, ran the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at the Beckman Institute of Univ. Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where he earned his Master's. He previously founded a software business for control systems programming.

Roger Kuroda, Ph.D., Vice President of Engineering, has extensive experience with RF component, system, and packaging design as the manager of the Flip-Chip Packaging Division at Kyocera. He received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Southern California.

Peter Bogdanoff, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer, is a recognized expert in material science and metallurgy receiving numerous publications and achievement awards including Winston Churchill and NSF Fellowships. Dr. Bogdanoff earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Caltech.

David DeRoo, Vice President of Product Development, has over 20 years experience developing and commercializing MEMS products. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University, an MSEE from the University of Wisconsin, and a BSE from the University of Michigan.

Steve Johns, Prior to his current role at Ardesta, Steve was president of MEMS Technology, Inc. the predecessor company to Ardesta. He has over 16 years experience in business development, finance and M&A, recently serving as senior vice president of strategy and new ventures for Launch Media, an internet media company. While at Launch Media, he was responsible for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions as well as new business start-ups and investments.

Chris Rizik, Chris served as Managing Director of Avalon Investments and was also previously a senior partner with Dickinson Wright PLLC, one of the Midwest's oldest and largest law firms, as director of that firm's Emerging Company practice. Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Chris worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
